Social Studies (6 weeks to a semester)   The Alaska Report (Text, Workbook, Teacher’s Manual), Living in Alaska (Workbook and Teacher’s Manual), Alaska My State (Supplement to Alaska Report), Alaska Studies II – History of Alaska (A reference work for educators, offering lesson plans, mini units, student readings, and more.)

Cross Curricular (Including Math and Language arts. 3 to 6 weeks)   Alaska Sled Dog Theme Unit, Alaskan Whales, Bears to Barely Bears, Dash the Dog Theme Unit, and Sam the Salmon.

Alaska Native Studies (Supplements Social Studies curricula)   Alaska Natives of Note, Koyukon Athabaskan Songs, Northern Eskimo Stories, Southeastern Stories, Stories of the Aleutians and Kodiak, and Stories from Tooksook Bay. (Also good for language arts.)

Social Studies (Semester)   The Chosen Place, Alaska, the Last of the Land and the First (Text, Workbook, Teacher Manual), Alaska Studies Series - Unit II, History of Alaska. (Aimed at intermediate, but can be adapted for use with more advanced students.) Meets Alaska Studies requirement and content standards. Moving On To the 21st Century - Part 1 (Text Book, Teacher Manual, CD with both.)

Social Studies Supplements   Alaska Dictionary and Pronunciation Guide.
